Warranty
Warranty (Dreamtime Line)
All products manufactured in the Dreamtime Line by Dreamtime Designs carry a limited lifetime warranty. If at any time during the life of the product there is a defect due to faulty materials or workmanship Dreamtime Designs will replace or repair at their discretion the defective board, piece, or part. This warranty will include but is not limited to boards or pieces that have warped out of place, a board that has come loose from its fixture, and any boards that have broken. Dreamtime Designs will not be held liable for any defect that is due to blatant abuse, misuse, or neglect of the product. Seasonal cracks or checks are natural characteristics of wood and will not be covered under this warranty. Dreamtime Designs will not cover any defect on a product that has been structurally altered in any way by anyone other than Dreamtime Designs. Dreamtime Designs will also not cover any playset moved by anyone other than one of Dreamtime Designs approved installers. This warranty covers only the parts manufactured by Dreamtime Designs. All other parts will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty, which in most cases is a 2-year warranty.
Warranty (Anchor Line)
All products manufactured in the Anchor Line by Dreamtime Designs carry a limited 10-year warranty. If at any time during the first ten years of the life of the product there is a defect due to faulty materials or workmanship Dreamtime Designs will replace or repair at their discretion the defective board, piece or part. This warranty will include but is not limited to boards or pieces that have warped out of place, a board that has come loose from its fixture, and any boards that have broken. Dreamtime Designs will not be held liable for any defect that is due to blatant abuse, misuse, or neglect of the product.
